Ergo version 3.3.1 release notes, 2013-09-25

The following changes were made compared to the previous version:

- Fixed error in a makefile that in previous version could cause a
  test program to be wrongly copied to bin directory. Now only the
  main "ergo" executable is installed in the bin directory.

- Changes to fix problems when compiling with long double precision.

- Code cleanup to fix issues found when using the clang compiler.
